When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Very nice. I like the sepia, and the positing of the horse's head is just right! You can also follow the eye contact between the man and the horse, which is neat, and the bowler hat is a nice touch.

It certainly is different, appearing to show the man and the horse in conversation. The bowler and suit certainly adds some further interest. I also like the fact that the horses teeth are showing and that further enhances the feel that there is a conversation taking place.
Can't really say I'd change that much about it, it's fairly unique after all.
Small points:
*Perhaps try a slight curve adjustment to bring out some more definition in the horses eye.
*I find the trees at the bottom a little distracting, just a small compositional issue as that sky makes a perfect canvas.
*Also try it in b/w... but that's just a personal bias against sepia in general.
Overall I'm quite taken with this photo, so well done
